Aftercare is very important to our clients and as a company who values and relies on repeat custom, its a priority to us too!!

We offer a 1 week period after your clean when you can call us out to tidy up your carpet if you have had an accident of spillage on it after we have left!

If you have had our "Premium Cleaning Package" then this period is 45 days!

If you feel there is anything we can do to provide you with even more value after your clean then just let us know. If its feasible then we will do it!!

After our visit you will receive a satisfaction questionnaire. Your constructive comments are appreciated and valued in developing our business!
