Before we arrive your rooms only need to be prepared. They do not need to be emptied unless that is the arrangement!

People cannot usually empty out rooms to have the carpets cleaned, and we understand this. Especially if all the carpets are being done!

...So the preparation should be along the lines of ...all bits and pieces personal items cleared off the floor and onto larger items like beds or sofas depending on the rooms being cleaned!

e.g magazine racks, toys, small tables, lamps, floor standing plants, any odds & ends that maybe laying around. (If you have asked for any large items like dressers to be moved then they need to be emptied of any breakables)

Apart from that leave the rest to us we don't mind moving the heavy items.

Then relax. go and put your feet up and let us take care of the job!

After the cleaning is complete we will put all the items we have moved back in place and they will likely be replaced on polystyrene blocks to stop the feet marking your freshly cleaned carpets.

These blocks should remain in place until the carpet is dry!
