Before we can book your cleaning into our diary we need to visit you and survey your job and provide you with a quotation.
Once we have done this, and you are happy we can arrange your work.
Please try and understand that in order to provide you with an accurate quote and an exceptional service we need to see the work, so we do not provide prices over the phone!
In exceptional circumstances when viewing the job is not possible (e.g you would like carpets cleaned before moving into a new home and don't have keys yet) then we can discuss your requirements over the phone. We will need information such as room measurements and carpet condition.
Having a visit before booking work has many benefits for you-

You can tell us any concerns you may have, and we can answer any questions
We can anticipate any potential problems (e.g access with equipment or anything that might obstruct our work)
We can identify your furnishings and ensure we have everything we need on the day to treat them.
We can discuss any requirements you have for the job.
Getting your job right is the important thing, so a survey and quick chat before the work is arranged is the best way.
Please note if you are gathering up prices from companies that are quoting you on the phone then its likely all they have to offer you is a cheap price (See Price). If this is what you are looking for then please go with one of them!
